MEET LYNNE

Life’s busy demands can leave you with little energy and wondering how to put those healthy meals on the table each night, and no one knows that better than me. Going through some life changing health experiences myself while trying to balance work along with caring for my family, started me on a path to learning more about diet, lifestyle changes, and the bodies amazing ability to heal itself, when given the right tools. Experiencing first hand the effects this can have on one’s health, has inspired me to educate and share ways to incorporate delicious foods and a lifestyle that can help you energize naturally.

My focus for the past several years has been working with families of special needs children as well as the challenges food sensitivities and self restrictive eating can have on inflammation, digestive issues, weight, and our brain health. Helping parents transform their meals making the kitchen transition to a “food farmacy”  can be exciting, creative, and nourishing! Parents are amazed at how palates open once the suspect ingredients are removed.

I am honored to be among the first group of National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches, continuing my 10+ years of helping both individuals and families make the healthy transition an enjoyable way of life. My studies also include a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Wellness with an emphasis on nutrition, BioIndividual Nutrition program completion, as well as being a graduate of the Rouxbe Culinary School with their plant based program, to enable me to help various dietary preferences.

My focus is not only helping each person discover and transition to the foods and balance for their individual needs, but how to move past the blocks to creating their own lifestyle for a lifetime of healthier living so the whole family can thrive.

In health & happiness,

Lynne Young, NBC-HWC
