HLB – 8 Weeks to Gluten Free

One on one family coaching for special dietary needs – this is a 2 month program to help transition to special diets or dietary Have you recently been told you or your child needs to eliminate certain foods? When it comes to autoimmune disease or special needs children, gluten, dairy, and other food ingredients and additives often need to be removed. But this can be daunting with an already full schedule.

Our 8 week program is designed to guide you through the changes with nutritionally rich choices the whole family can enjoy.
