If you are an occasional client, order weekly or bi-weekly services, we will provide you with healthy, whole food options that will save you time. All personal chef services include menu planning, shopping, cooking and clean up. Here are some examples of the services provided.

How it works…
- We will meet at your home for a consultation, complete a food questionnaire, and discuss any special dietary needs you may have.
- We will schedule a day for the cooking services and determine how many meals you would like prepared.
- On the cook day I will purchase all the food for the recipes, arrive at your home with food and cooking utensils, and prepare your meals.
- The finished meals will be packaged and placed in the refrigerator and freezer for you to come home and heat up.
