Berry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
½ Cup Non-Fat “Plain” Greek Yogurt (Can replace with 2% Fat)
3/4 Cup of Mixed Berries (frozen or fresh)
½ Banana
3/4 Cup Almond Milk (sugar free) * can substitute with water or other low fat milk
1/2 tsp Honey
1 TBS Chia Seeds (Can replace with ground Flax Seeds)
3-5 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Place ice and all other ingredients in blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, adding water or almond milk if needed to get desired consistency.
- Pour in glass or thermos and enjoy!
