Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

½ Cup Non-Fat “Plain” Greek Yogurt (Can replace with 2% Fat)

3/4 Cup of Mixed Berries (frozen or fresh)

½ Banana

3/4 Cup Almond Milk (sugar free) * can substitute with water or other low fat milk

1/2 tsp Honey

1 TBS Chia Seeds (Can replace with ground Flax Seeds)

3-5 ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Place ice and all other ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, adding water or almond milk if needed to get desired consistency.
  3. Pour in glass or thermos and enjoy!
