Who says you can’t have Halloween fun without candy? These fun treats are festive AND delicious while adding to the Halloween decorations at your party or trunk-or-treat! Included are instructions for two of my favorites!
Spook-A-Licious Banana Ghosts
Time to Prepare: 5 minutes // Servings: 2
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced in half (down the length of banana)
2 popsicle sticks or wooden skewers
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (flavored yogurt can be replaced with Lemon) (**Greek yogurt will stick to banana better than regular yogurt**)
4 mini chocolate chips
¼ cup Raw Coconut, finely shredded *(optional)
Directions
Carefully insert the banana onto the skewer.
Spread the yogurt over the bananas.
*If using coconut, sprinkle the coconut covering the yogurt banana
Gently place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment or waxed paper.
Create two eyes on each ghost with two mini chocolate chips
Freeze until firm and serve.
Serving Size: 2 banana “ghosts”

Decorative Pumpkins
Yields: 4 pumpkins
Ingredients
4 tangerines (peeled & leave whole)
2 celery stalks
Directions
1. Peel the tangerines, leaving them whole
2. Cut celery stalks in 2 inch pieces, then split down the middle to create a small stem for the pumpkin. If available, you can use the celery top, breaking into smaller useable pieces.
3. Place the celery stalk or top in the top of tangerine to create a pumpkin stem. Then place on platter with banana ghosts to create a festive decorative treat!
